I would like my coupons to NOT be case specific, that is, I don't care if the user enters the coupon all caps, all lowercase, or first letter cap. How do I ensure that case doesn't matter?

The coupon codes are case sensitive and this can not be changed inside of the settings.
I will escalate your request to our developer. However, we can not provide you the exact time when and if this will be implemented.
For now, I can only suggest you to use numerical coupon codes.

The coupon codes are not case sensitive now. Your issue was fixed.
