I would like to create a form where a web customer can upload a photo. I understand you have many templates available to choose from.

My question is, when a file (photo) is uploaded is the file scanned for any virus' prior to saving the file. If there is a virus detected will I get notification so I am able to contact the customer with this information?

Where is the file stored once uploaded and how do I access to download to my system in order to create the customer's desired product?

    Thank you!

    Steve

Our servers are protected with security software so it is possible that those files will be rejected. Furthermore, executable virus or any exe files can't be uploaded in the file upload tool. Updated browsers are also capable of detecting malicious files so you don't have to worry about it.

You will only get notifications on successful submissions.

Files are replicated between servers. Since you are from US, the files uploaded to your form are stored in our US server.

Files can be downloaded from the link provided to you which you can find in the notification you received over email. Or you can download them in your form submissions page.
