The Authorize.net account is Live and the API credentials have been verified. However, I cannot get a donation to process on an active credit card with my new Donation form. I received an all clear from Authorize.net. What could be wrong with the form?

Hello!
Thank you for your email. No, when I hit submit on the live form, it just says ‘Please Wait’ and never completes.

I have just tested your form and it did not get stuck on please wait, I got the following error since I used testing payment information:
However, I have cloned your form and integrated it with Authorize.net on my end, it seems to be working as expected although I'm using sandbox mode.
You could test my form here: https://form.jotform.com/72477732515966
Here is some testing information you may use:
- Credit Card Number: 4242424242424242
- CVC : 123
- Valid Expiration Date
*Later than the current date
I would also recommend you to take a screenshot of the web console since there may be something causing the form to get stuck.
These keyboard shortcuts will help you getting the console:
Google Chrome:
Mac: Command + Option + J
Windows: Control + Shift + J
Firefox:
Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K
Mac: Command+Option+K
This guide will help you uploading the image with your next reply: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
We will wait for your response.

Your form worked for me. Thank you! The one integrated on my site did not :( Here is a screen shot of the web console. I have another payment form for orders. So, if there is something I need to do for all payment integration, please advise. I am using Firefox for Windows but want to be sure no one else has issues. Thanks so much for your help!

Thanks for the screenshot Melissa. Your browser console looks okay. I also gave it a whirl from my end using your actual form and got the same results as my colleague. The form wasn't stuck on please wait, but I got a PCI error only because I'm using test credit card details.
It looks like your form is embedded on a page on your website, is that correct? Can you share with us the URL where you embedded the form so we can test it from there directly? There's a chance this may not be related to your authorize.net integration and something that constitutes a script conflict between your website's script and your form's.
In the interim, you may also try with the iframe embed codes in case you embedded the form using the default script codes.

I was able to replicate the issue when I tested your embedded form. Your form is embedded with the script code and most likely, like my colleague Jim_R mentioned, there are some script conflicts.
Please re-embed your form with the iFrame code and test the form again. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get the iFrame code of your form:
