Our form was previously encrypted. Now that we have unencrypted it, we are not able to see any of the submissions, even when we upload our private key when prompted. Can you please explain what might be going on here and how we can view our unencrypted responses?

The encrypted submission data will be displayed in a raw format when the encryption is disabled on the form settings. It means that you need to enable the encryption back to be able to read the old encrypted data.

Use the 'I will use my existing keys' option to keep and use the old keys.
