I was receiving the emails and then they stopped. They still log in the submissions portion of Jotform but they are not being emailed.

I have just checked the email history for your recipient address and noticed all emails have been successfully sent.

I also checked the email in our bounce list, but it's not there, bouncing is one of the reasons why emails are not sent.

You could also check your account email history on your end by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

I would also recommend you to check this guide that will help you to know why emails may not be sending: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications

Also, you should check your spam/junk folder since may be that the emails ended up there, if you find them, marking them as not spam and adding the JotForm sender as contact should help you to receive future emails in your inbox folder.

You may also set up a custom sender email using the SMTP method so your own mail server info is used and you avoid emails being blocked due to any security filters, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    I hope this helps.
