Jotform Account showing suspended

    Dear Team, 

    Our account kidsglance is showing suspended. We use it for official purpose frequently. We have raised the issue 2 days back but haven't received response yet. Kindly resolve the issue to the earliest.

    The form 12192149901  triggered the suspension as it's requesting login credentials, this behavior violates our terms

    I have removed the guilty fields, in order to reactivate your account.

    It appears that I have a similar problem.  I have tried contacting support from every way possible.  The one time I am about to do serious work and I get suspended.  Is there any chance you can make your robots can be a little bit smarter and notify the potential violation before suspending?  How many days does it take for support to respond?
