I have created a registration form but my paypal integration does not seem to be working please help
I have two forms for both weeksPage URL:

I believe you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.co/form/72437648384871).
I checked the form and I can see that the PayPal integration is configured correctly. I did a test submission and I can verify that it is working properly. After hitting the Submit button, it redirected me to the PayPal check out page. Here's a screen capture:
