I am assuming that your robot has mistaken my forms for a malicious one.  Can you PLEASE reactivate my account?

Your account got automatically suspended because you're asking for a password. As per our terms, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm.

I have removed the guilty fields so I can re-activate your account immediately. You can now use your forms and account properly.

    Thank you.

    Thank you John,

Please note that there is a big difference between ASKING for a password and SETTING up a password.  The form in question would be used to CREATE accounts on my website.  Can you pleas indicate the proper way to do so?

Please note that we do NOT allow users collecting sensitive information, that includes login credentials, passwords, credit card details, bank information and the likes using plain form fields. This is against our terms of use. Please do review our terms page here: http://www.jotform.com/terms/

For your specific concern, please note that the forms are not designed to create and store passwords for login or account creation for systems. By design, the current workflow you want requires a database to securely save the login credentials of the user. By practice and standards, passwords should be encrypted or hash in the database, which is not how the JotForm form works.

Also, our anti-phishing system auto-suspends forms with keywords like "passwords" or any fields that resemble a login page.

You can still use JotForm forms to get basic information but the sensitive ones, like login details, may need to be created outside of our platform.

    I hope that helps.
