After I was taken into paypal's website to make the payment, and entered all the information requested by paypal, I got the following message (screen shot attached). Is this an issue of how I setup the form for payment or is this an issue that I have to contact paypal? while the screenshot says to contact paypal, there is no link to redirect......

Are you submitting live payment in your form? I did check your form and found that your PayPal Express Integration has Sandbox mode enabled. Please check the screenshot below:

Please disable sandbox in paypal express tool and test your form again. Do get back to us if the issue persists.
