How can I publish or embed the form I created?

Will I be able to then publish this form?

My goal is to find a company I can publish forms my website and have a client simply fill in and sign for right from the site.

It is my understanding all this is possible.

Please let me know if publishing is not an option.

    Thank you

All forms you create in JotForm come with a unique URL that you can share with your customers. Even if you don't have a website, you can still share the standalone version of your form where your users can fill it out and submit it.

And if you have a website and would like to embed your form there, you have plenty of options to choose from.

    Perfect!  Awesome!

Thank you, Jim, just made my day.

    And final last decision, easy.

I've been racking my brain on this one.

It's been holding up the show here...I used so many different options.

Many times my clients did not receive the sign request, or could not fill in...etc.

Hopefully, the forms that are ready made I can recreate with out too much difficulty as they are not from Adobe.

    Thank you!

I'm confused by this line because I don't see any forms on your account (Compassionate_Nourishment) yet. I'll just assume you're just describing your experience with the different options you tried prior to JotForm.

You're most likely referring to form templates, which are readily made and available from the Template Gallery. You're free to use one of the templates that closely matches your needs but if you can't find one, I recommend you just build the form from scratch. We have plenty of guides in our Help Section on how to get started.
