Up to now I keep seeing JotForm, this doesnt work for me and every place I look to change it to the submitter or an admin, does not make that happen.
Also, I have selected show headers and texts on the submissions, but the emails do not have the headers and texts listed, only the records inside jotform.

All the submissions, even the test from the system and test from my web submits are showing as having come from JotForm.
Again, I want to change this to different email address

When receiving a submission from one of your forms, you will see that the message is from jotform. However, when you set an autoresponder notification, you can set the information of the sender.
You can test this by setting a notification. Choose the autoresponder option (you need a field on your form with the email to which you would like the autoresponder to go to). You can haeve the type into the field or have a default value on the it. When that notification is sent, Jotform doesn't show as the sender.
