I cloned your form and tried to integrate it with Zoho CRM. I see that you need a Company name field to integrate your form with Zoho but your form doesn't include that field:
Please add that field and try again. You can use the Project Description field to match the required field.
I further investigated the issue and I can't complete the submission process when the form has a payment field and it is integrated to Zoho. I ask more information from our developers. I will inform you as soon as possible. In the mean time, you can try the integration after removing the payment field.

I will wait for your reply.
And, I have used this form with ZAPIER to create ZOHO invoice, when someone submit this.
Though it's also not happening with me.

I couldn't obtain PayPal express credentials hence I couldn't test the issue with PayPal Express.
I used Chargify to test the issue and I couldn't replicate it.
Please try using Zoho integration only. You don't need to use Zapier to integrate with Zoho.
Please give it a try and turn back to us with the results.
