I followed the instructions. However the when I close the browser en open it again with the link in the e-mail nothing seems to be saved.

I checked your account (arlettuca) and I can only see 1 form. You should have 2 forms in order to achieve this function.
Form 1 is where the user can put his/her name and email address. The session URL will be created here and we will use the email field as the session ID. Form 2 will be the main form. Please check the guide again and let us know if you have any questions.
Are you referring to a different account? Please provide the form ID or form URL so that we can further check the issue.
We will wait for your response. Thank you.

Hi,
I have two forms. One is called nomatieformulier Exportmanager Award (Mainform) and the other Nominatieformulier (the might be in the fenedex account or folder). I already linked them via a autoresponder mail. This works just fine, only the information is not saved.

May I verify if you are referring to these forms?
Form 1:
Nominatieformulier

Nominatieformulier Exportmanager Award
https://form.jotformeu.com/53291621042345I cloned the 1st form and I noticed that the session link is incorrect. There is no ?session={email} parameter in the actual link. Here's a screenshot:

Please update the links accordingly. Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hi,
Yes, those are the rigth forms. Unfortunately, I keep having the same issue.
This is how it looks now.
Somehow when I return to the form it does not take over my e-mail adres.
The link looks like this https://form.jotformeu.com/53291621042345?session=
I would appreciate it very much if you could take another look.
Thank you!!

Thank you for the additional information, we appreciate it.
To fix the issue you are having, please make sure that the {fieldName} of the email address field set as the value of the session parameter matches the {uniqueName} of the email field which can be found if you expand Field Details under the Advanced tab of the Email field properties.
— How-to-Find-Field-IDs-and-Names
You can also do the following when making the link to the main form in the email autoresponder/notification content.
I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
