Apologies pressed the wrong button to go to more inofrmation. Is there a method for setting up a form in Test Mode?

I have looked through the online help and users seem to solve the problem themselves. I have just got off the phone with Worldpay UK and they asked me to contact you for help as they are not familiar with your system.

    Hi,

You may want to check this thread which also discusses Worldpay similarly to yours.

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.

Thank you but i did look at this and have spoken to WorldPay again. They have given me the following questions i need to answer/do.

Following our recent telephone conversation, the minimum information you need to pass to WorldPay will be the following:

    installationID - I have this.

Submission URL (https://secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase) - Test URL

    (https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase) - Live URL

    testMode

If you can give these details to JotForm and ask them how you are able to incorporate these details into their 'module' then hopefully we can start getting this sorted for you.

Thank you for your continued support in solving this issue.

    Regards

    @LondonYouthRowing

As I've mentioned in the thread referenced by Jonathan, there is no way to set a form's WorldPay integration to test mode.

Other payment modules (Paypal, Authorize.Net, etc) have a "Test Integration" function in their respective setup screens. I am actually wondering why our WorldPay module doesn't have one.

I guess I will have to ask our developers about it. We will contact you as soon as we receive an answer from them.

In the meantime, you might want to try adding a product priced $1 and purchase it using your form to check if the integration works flawlessly.

We have added this to our feature request list. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact completion date, especially now that our developers' workload have become extremely heavy.

We will let you know if this becomes implemented. Thanks!

We apologize for this delayed implementation.  But nonetheless, we have now integrated a test mode option for worldpay payment tool.  You should be able to view this by opening your Payment Wizard, or clicking "Show Properties" on your Worldpay payment tool on your form builder.

Please do let us know if you encounter further issues on this matter.
