Encrypted Forms - Key Not Established or Unknown

I have 3 forms with encryption, and I received a request to establish a key.  I selected that I want my own key, but I don't know the key.  Now I'm receiving intake forms that can't be viewed.  Prior to that, the consent form wasn't coming through when the client clicks "submit" because it wasn't encrypted. Help!

You form is currently not encrypted. This means that you will not be able to decrypted previously submitted encrypted data. If you want to decrepit encrypted data you will have to encrypt your form.

The data can be decrypted with the private key that was downloaded to your computer when you created the encryption key.

If you lost your key then your data is also lost.
