We are unable to receive notification emails after submission of a form. We have whitelisted the IPs but nothing works. We are able to receive the Test emails or submit forms. However, the notification emails are not getting received.Page URL:

The emails are not in Spam folder. Also, we have done the white listing.

I checked the email logs for your account and did not see any issues with sending. You can view the same from your end:
Successful emails are marked as "Sent".
If none of the emails are getting through to any of your addresses, they may be being filtered completely. If you believe that is the case, try sending the emails from your own address via SMTP:
