I forgot my password and Unable to receive emails to reset it.

    my password will not work and it will not send me a password reset.

    Your email address seems to be fine on our end it is not on our bounce list. Have you tried checking your spam folder? If yes and still not there, maybe your website needs to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses.

    You can contact your website provider to whitelist these IP so jotform emails can come through your mail service. You can give them this link https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
