Send a number via URL into jotform

Hi,  I have a wordpress site and would very much like to send a number  (like a registration number) into the jotform via URL or possibly using the jotform shortcode (via the jotform Wordpress plugin).   Is this possible?

I have searched forum and user guide and was not able to find any article or post on this subject.

Any ideas and/or is this possible?
