How to create a workflow form so my clients and I can see the project progress?

Hello, I created a form with payment at the end, I am trying to add a workflow form that shows the progress of the work being done, a sort of interaction between the client and I, like adding comments with dates, adding a list of work being done that I can check off and the client can see.

I am not sure where you wanted to display the progress with the comments. Once the form is submitted, the information will be stored in your account. Do you want to display the comments on any of your web page? You may consider creating a separate form for collecting or sending comments and generate a Grid listing report or HTML Table listing report to embed on the same form using iframe embed widget.

I created a form for the clients to fillout pay then submit, the work that
i do is a step by step work and i need the clients to be able to see the
progress as i mark off each step in a progress form i'll create and will
need to be automaticaly generated ( the progress form checklist) which each
client can access and leave comments till the job is done

Hey Sal - I got the idea of what you're trying to achieve but I'm afraid this isn't something a form builder can do. Yes, JotForm offers a lot of advanced features but what you're looking for is something that should be built and integrated within your website, perhaps using a solution that works like a real-time checklist (or a to-do list).

We don't have any apps nor widgets that automatically update, in real-time, when you check off items on a list but there are ways to track changes to the submissions. This isn't real-time though and will be deployed in a way that email plays a big factor. Basically, you will edit a submission of one of your users and update a checklist on that form. For each and every edit you do, it can trigger an Autoresponder Email that will be sent to the user/respondent. Thus, giving that same impression that they are tracking the progress, but only through email.
