All columns of data are not showing on download

When I scroll down to search box in Submissions to select certain records, 6 columns of data are not showing.  When I download the whole file, those same 6 columns are missing.  Where are they? 

Based on your explanation I would assume the columns that are missing are column names "Region 1 Classroom Name" to "Region 6 Classroom name". The reason these columns are not displaying on submissions and on exporting submissions to a file is because these columns have been disabled for display.
