They seem to be connected but it's not working and says to contact an administrator.Page URL:

Your Square integration is not connected to any account. If it's properly connected, the button would show you a check icon with a word that says Connected, see below screenshot.
Note that you need to select Live or Test Mode from the Mode dropdown first. It is Live mode by default, so if you are going to test the integration with a Sandbox account, you should select Test Mode first.
