Hi,
I used your instructions to create a multiple payment form, using an iframe embed widget combined with conditioning showing.
I included then a required "upload file" option in case of payment per deposit, so that users can upload a proof of payment. This option is in the embed form. My problem is, I need to receive the respective attachment in my Email Notifications, so that I can control it, to confirm the file is indeed a proof of payment and is all correct.
I am not familiar with HTML. Could you instruct me how I could include the answers of the embed form in the Notification Email?
Thank you in advance,
Francisca

Please note that the idea of a multiple payment form is to have 2 version of the same form(A and B) with a different payment method each, embedded in a third form(C) that works only as a container, where you apply the conditions to show form A or B based on the selection.
So, basically, there should be only 3 fields in the container form(C):
- The first one that ask the preferred payment method.
- The second one is an Iframe widget where you can embed form A.
- The third one, which is another Iframe widget where you can embed form B.
In that way you will have all information submitted in one form only.

xicalisboaReplied on September 7, 2017 at 6:43 AMOk. Is that the only way to include the answers of the Iframe widget form
into the same Notification Email?
Besides that my form is a registration form with payment requirement (so I
need to include other questions), the Iframe widget does not look very
clean in the form. That's why my solution was to do one payment option
direct in the form (PayPal) and a second option in the Iframe widget. Both
are being showed conditioned by the choice of payment.
But now I noticed I am having a second problem: not only does not show in
the notificatoin email, as also there is no way I can make this step (of
filling the Iframe widged form) required. When I make the widged required,
I simply cannot submit. It understand as if something required has not been
filled. Why is that?
Thank you for your support.

the required conditioned action in case of choosing Deposit as payment
method. BUT I cannot manage to delete the Iframe Widged. I simply cannot
click on it, it does not respond. This happened several times yesterday and
I had to wait and reopen many times. But now the form is out for
registration, so I need to resolve this fast. COuld you help me? Thank you!

I inspected your form https://form.jotformeu.com/72473283264358, but I was not able to find the iFrame widget, so I assume that you were able to remove it from your form.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or issues.

It's worth to take a closer look on this issue with the Iframe WIdged
though, it is causing some kind of bug. ;)

Which issue with the iFrame widget? Deleting the iFrame widget from the form? I was not able to replicate that issue. I deleted the widget without any issues.
You should click on the border of the widget not on the embedded form.
