How can we build a horizontal form?

We need to build a form that is 1200 px wide CTA

Can we do this... if so, How can we do this?

The website has a form below the slider that we need to replace. (see site url below)

This can be achieved by doing two things:

1. Set your form width to your desired size, which is 1200px wide.

2. Afterwards, shrink your fields to render them in one line.

We have done all the above... the attached image shows what we end up with.  The button sits down in the middle of the container, but the fields all sit up.

We just added a title or question to the top of each field and it line them all up...
