How to clone form from existing form

Several times I've tried to import form - close existing form but it never allows me to actually select a form to upload/import. Visually it appears as though there should be a drop-down menu but it never appears. I'll attach a screen shot also.

I have tested the issue from my end and could not replicate the same issue you encountered. Would you try testing with another browser.
