We have an encrypted form that requires a key. When we go to click view submissions it is not asking for the key so we cannot see the form.

Typically every time we try to view a submission in this form it always asks for a key. This time its not asking for the key its just opening the form and its all jumbled words that we can't read. Please advise how we can fix this problem. I need to be able to view this form ASAP.

    Thank you

The key is saved in your browser so you don't have to upload it every time you go to your submissions page. Since the key is saved in your browser, the browser will automatically decrypt the data for you. If that didn't happen, please clear your browser's cache and cookies to clear the encryption key.

Or, you can visit your submissions page in private mode or incognito mode. This should also bring up the encryption wizard.

    Thanks
