Bouncing email address (again)

    I'm so frustrated with JotForm, I probably need to find another alternative. I've done everything you've recommended, including send my forms from my own email server - and YOUR SYSTEM keeps tagging chris@chrisjaeger.com as a bounce. So I don't get my form submissions consistently. 

     

    I've recommended your service to dozens of people. This is very bad. 

     

    I need your help resolving this once and for all. 

     

    I've done everything you say to do. I've whitelisted your domains (although it shouldn't matter because I'm sending from my own server).

    Your service is not reliable.

    It's totally impractical to test my email for bounces everyday.

    From what I can see, your email address is not currently listed in our bounce list. The account email history is also not showing any emails blocked due to the bounce list.

    If you notice the issue again, please do not remove your email address from the bounce list. Contact us first, so we will be able to check the bounce reason message.
