My forms will have multiple recipients. When I set up the auto-responder/notifications, can I remove sections/responses in the form email set up so that certain recipients will not what I don't want them to see? I am talking about when you click 'setup & embed' then 'thank you' Not submission reports on the home screen.

This can be done by attaching conditions to the notification email alerts. Here's how:
1. Load the form into the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click Conditions
2. When the Conditions modal window pops up, select Send an e-mail after submission and click Next
3. Setup a condition as shown in the first image below and click Save
4. Setup another condition like that in the second image and save that too.
5. After saving the conditions, you will see a summary (see third image). Close the wizard and save the form
Click to zoom to actual size:
If you click the Email Alerts button on the Setup & Embed tab, you'll notice that the notification now has a red "Conditional" label:
That label is meant to be a reminder that the notification will be sent only if the conditions attached to the notification are met. However, in the case of your form, the notification will always be sent because the pull down is a required field.

Thanks for that but I don't think thats what I was asking. I don't want empty fields to show up in the submission emails. My customer gets a copy of it and because there are so many questions and potentially a lot of blank fields, the email looks terrible and cluttered. Can I fix this easily?

Hi, you can choose only the fields needed for each notification message
As suggested by my colleague gori-mathew, you can use condition logic on the notification to send email to different recipient. You will create multiple notification email, and each will contain different form fields (base on what is needed for the recipient).
To be honest, your initial question was way different from latest response, the reason my colleague suggested as such. And that was how I also understand your initial inquiry. =)
As for your latest inquiry, the way I understand it, you need to exclude or hide unused/empty/blank question fields in the notification email? Perhaps you may check this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/108058-How-do-to-hide-unused-fields-in-submission-emails . It could help achieve what you needed done on the submission email.
Please inform us if you need further assistance.

Jonathan you guys were totally right...I asked 2 different questions. Ridiculous...gota a thousand things going on at once. The latter question is of major importance and I just replied to an old thread where you guys injected a bunch of code. Is there some way that i can do this in a way that would be simple for a techie bone head with no time like myself?

Actually this is the only way to have your form wirk as desired. You will have to use condition logic on the notification to send email to different recipient. You will create multiple notification email, and each will contain different form fields (base on what is needed for the recipient) as advised above.
Please also give us the detailed information on what you wish to achieve in your second question
"I am talking about when you click 'setup & embed' then 'thank you' Not submission reports on the home screen."
We can then find best way to assist you in a simple way.
