    How do I make it so only one can be checked.

    I want to make the followin stipulation

    I agree or disagree,

    So what you saying is that the checkbox submission will not work the way i want and i need to use something else.

     

    "May i suggest" implies that I have a choice.... if it wont work please just tell me that.

    Radio button is intended to allow user to choose only one option while checkbox is inteded to allow user to select more than one option. However, if you really like to use checkbox in your form were they can only choose one option, please take a look this article for more details information.
