I subscribed for the yearly subscription but I would like to cancel it and rather opt for the monthly subscription.
Could someone please assist me?

Firstly, I have checked your account in our system and I have seen that you have paid $390 for one year silver on 24 Aug 2017, besides you had already paid $19 for bronze monthly on 22 Aug 2017. So, your account has been double-subscribed.
I had to cancel your silver plan and I have forwarded the refund request for your silver plan to our billing manager. Please wait 10-15 business days to reflect this refund to your account.
Besides, your JotForm bronze monthly plan has also been canceled on 26 Aug 2017 when you have downgraded your account. This error has occurred due to being double-subscribed.
Your account seems to be in Free plan currently. You need to upgrade your account again to paid plans.
