    my account has been suspended I would like to know how to reactivate it thanks

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I have checked your account and see it is suspended due to the form which is collecting password. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

    I have now deleted the guilty field on the form and activated your account. You can now login to your account normally. Please refrain from adding such fields to your forms to avoid any further suspensions on your account.
