How can I tell if a user has translated my form?

I have a few language translations set up for a form with 2,000+ responses. Is there a way for me to know if a user (or how many users total) did translate the form before submitting the survey? There are a few open-ended questions where people have responded in languages other than English, but some true analytics would be great.

We do not have a tool that can filter or find what language used on your form.
