My condition to skip some pages if a 2 hour session is selected in the appointment widget isn't working. It still goes to the next page despite the condition saying not to.

Unfortunately, appointment slots does not retrieve the selected name of appointment just a number of how many are selected. However, there is a workaround on this by using "Gift Registry" widget.

I cloned your form and tested it using Gift Registry and it is perfect. You may clone this if you would like to https://form.jotformpro.com/72494071612959 . I just hide the original widget you used for reference.

So if I do put that in, (it looks just like the appointment widget), how do I make it so if they select a 2 hour session it skips the next page? Same as the appointment widget and do it in conditions? If so, do I type in the whole class or just "2 hrs." ?

You can just use "2 hrs." since the state of the condition used is "Contains" means it will scan all the selected option (one or more) and if it find the word "2 hrs."  then it will trigger a valid condition and proceed to skip page.

Now you can just shorten it into 2 conditions.
