PDF Layout from Form Submission messed up

Hello,

This morning we received the PDF's from our Form Submissions and the layout is all over the place. None of our formatting is coming through.

I believe it is affecting all our forms because the (2) submissions we received came from (2) different forms.

Can you please look into this and tell us what we need to do to fix it?

We have identified an issue with the PDF reports that caused this. However, our backend team has already fixed the issue and the PDF reports should be generating normally. We request you to check once again and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.
