I'm also having trouble with the PDF function

I'm also having trouble with the PDF function - it doesn't create a nice PDF version of the online form. Unfortunately, not all of our rural counties have good Internet access, so we still need nice looking PDF forms for people to fill out.

I converted the cloned form to a fillable PDF and here's the result:

As you can see, the logo is not showing in the PDF file. It is because that Form Logo is not supported in the fillable PDF.

However, for this specific PDF file, you can remove the Form Logo and use the "Image" tool instead. After that, you can convert the form to a fillable PDF. 

Here's the result:

Once you converted the form to a fillable PDF file, you can go back and use the Form Logo again.
