Feature Request: Multi-lingual keyboard layout in the Keypad widget

I've searched the forums and learned that we can create forms in Hebrew.  I've learned that people can enter text in a text-box type question - if they've configured their computer system for multi-language support.  However, there's no way that I have found for an everyday computer user to enter Hebrew text as the answer to a question on an English form.  If you could add international keyboard layouts (e.g.Hebrew, Arabic, Greek, etc.) to the Keypad widget - that would be perfect!  Any chance that might be a future upgrade?

I believe the keyboard language is determined by the primary language setup in the operating system of the user's device. So, that is something that only the user can change on it's end if he has added more than one language.
