Cannot download pdf for two forms. Help

Some people are having difficulty completing forms. I need to download pdf's asap! Forms are: the mentor application and the 9-12th grade health interns program

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Could you please confirm if you are referring to creating a Fillable PDF for your forms or generating PDF submission reports? If you are referring to fillable PDF form, since you are using the new layout for the forms, unfortunately, the Fillable PDF may not work correctly. I need to create a pdf form of the 9-12 grade health interns program application. everytime i click create pdf, the circle in the middle of the page keeps spinning and a pdf is never created.
