I am trying to figure out why many of my payments are not being completed. Some come through but may have not and I am just now discovering it. Are you able to look at my account and tell me if there seems to be some kind of theme to what is not being processed. I am starting to think that people that pay by credit card are the ones not being completed. How do i resolve this issue? Do i need to link something up so that credit cards are processed when people pay. I have pay pal linked up already but i though that each payment was sent to my pay pal no matter how they paid.

Are you referring to the incomplete payments in the submissions view? Generally, the submissions are placed in the incomplete payments when the Submit button is pressed and they will be moved to the submissions after receiving the payment confirmation from the PayPal. If the payment is not completed in any case, the submissions received will be left in the Incomplete payments. We request you go through the FAQs of the PayPal incomplete payments for more information.
