    You replied:

"From what I understand on your requirement, this is the right option.

The Sub account feature of the Form Builder can only have the Edit and View permissions on forms of the main account. It does not have the Add/Create form permission option.

Let us know if you need further assistance."

Well, actually I would like that new user to be able to ADD/CREATE new forms, VIEW and CLONE the existing forms - but not EDIT or UNPUBLISH the existing forms.

    Is this possible?

    Thank you kindly.

This is possible now if using your own account/username.

It is not possible if you are just a Sub-User to a main account.

To be clear, I was referring to a stand alone account/username.

The other options like create new forms as a sub-user only account is not possible. It is not possible to add new forms to existing forms of a main account.
