My payment method was updated selecting the same paln (bronze) but instead that my account was doungraded after I paid with paypal, had to cancel the suscription and had to pay again to avoid interruptions, I want one of my payments refunded or credit you can check was charged twice with a 5 minutes difference, please let me knnow

We have forwarded this to our billing team to have one of the subscription cancelled and refunded in order to avoid double charges. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be completed.

Please note that we have already forwarded the subscription cancellation and refund request to our billing team. There is no action required form your end and there should not be any service interruption.
Do get back to us if your account is downgraded, please do not upgrade your account again to avoid double charges.
