When customers hit the submit button it doesn't go to the thank you page. Looks like it's not working.Page URL:

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue on a cloned form. Here's a screen capture:
Do you know if your users are getting any error messages upon hitting the Submit button?
Is this form embedded on a webpage? If yes, please re-embed it using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
If the issue persists, I suggest you remove the payment integration and then add it back again.
I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
