Form Status Update

    Hi Guys,

     

    One of our clients recently got in touch with us about her having trouble with one of our forms - this one in particular https://form.jotform.com/43168644992164

    She couldn't answer it for some reason on her computer so she just copied the questions and did it via Word. Was wondering if there was any reported issues on your end? If not it may just be a browser issue.

    I have tried testing the form on my end and I could not replicate the stated error. I was able to fill the form and submit it.

    Maybe it could be browser issue however Jotform runs on most common browsers in the market.
