This account on Jotform is being used as a ticket system in a high school where teachers and other employees can submit a ticket when they are having any technical issues. That being said, our response time needs to be as fast as possible. However, there is about an hour delay between the time the ticket was submitted and when it actually shows up on our form. How can I resolve this issue?

We are currently not having any issues with our servers. After submitting the form, the form submission is available on the Submissions page instantly. Here's a screen capture:
Are you referring to the email notifications? Upon checking, we are also not having any issues with our email delivery.
Is the form connected to an external database or 3rd party application?
Let me clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
