How can I link one form to another form?

I want to make one form that a client can go to and then select one of two options that will take them to another form, depending on their selection. I want to do this so I do not have to post 2 links to different forms, specifically because Instagram only lets you post ONE link.

Please help! It seems like there should be an easy way to do this. Thanks!!!
