Date of birth entry is not correct--why?

I have a field to submit Date of Birth on my form (www.tinyurl.com/oktoberfest2018), and in every instance, the birthdate is entered correctly by the user but shows up one day off from the actual date. Considering that I book travel for clients, having the correct date is essential. How to fix this? Thanks!

I have cloned and tested your form but I could not replicate the same error. However what I have noticed is the format of date on the form is different from format of the day which may bring the confusion of birthdays that are for example 8th September 2017. In your form it will display 2017/09/08 but when you check the submissions the the date format is 09/08/2017.
