You've locked our account, but I need to access current forms.

    I understand that there was a cap on our free forms, but by locking our forms without warning, we are having issues with classes scheduled to run this week and next.  Please at least allow me to download our info while the wheels at our college grind slowly to pay for the upgraded service.  If you cannot do that, we will be forced to explore other options for form building.

    We sent notice on September 6th that you had almost reached your limits:

    And then another that same day when your account reached its limits.  We then sent notice on the 7th that the forms had been disabled after being over limit.

    In any case, I activated your account to allow for recovering your data.  Since it is still over limit, the forms will be deactivated again within the next 24 hours.

    If you need more submissions to hold you over until your can upgrade, there are several "Get More" tasks that can be done in your account page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore

    These will permanently increase your monthly regular submission limit.

    I paid the $19 for this month to allow us to download our data. We are assessing our future plans.

    The data should have been temporarily available even without the subscription but we definitely do appreciated your subscribing.  If you need help with anything else, just let us know.
