I need to remove a payment integration

I have a payment integration embedded from a template in my form.  I like the ability to add items to the cart while collating a sub-total, but do not want to require payment at that time.  How can I remove the integration for payment without losing the "cart"?

You can use Purchase order integration to achieve this.  Purchase Order Tool allows you to create payment forms without payment vendor integration. You can use “Purchase Order” payment tool to create a payment form without any payment gateway integration.
