Are the basic form options gone in the form builder?

Hi:  I am creating a new form after a few months and it seems to me that there are several basic form options I used to use that are not in the lineup, e.g. check box, text boxes with labels, etc. Is it me, or are the gone?

We've updated the form builder and renamed a few of the form fields. The checkbox is now Multiple Choice, and the text box is now Short Text Entry. All of these are under the Quick Elements section of the Basic tab, see screenshot:

Thanks, I tried those but actually prefer the older options.
Using these now selections, how do I manage all the extra space between questions? If I use Multiple Choice, but only need one button, there is a lot of space left when I delete the other three.

I inspected the latest form that you created http://www.jotform.us/form/72505844096158, but that form does not have a Multiple Choice (Check box) field. 

Please provide us an ID of the form you are working on and tell us which space do you want to remove.
