My form is integrated with Egnyte but submissions are not showin up on my shared folder

    New to both Egnyte and Jotform.  Like the products, but integration not working.  It says the integration is successfull and I've confirmed the email.  But nothing shows up in Egnyte.  Another thread said to make sure the form is not encrypted.  It is not.  No error message.  Just nothing shows up.

    Please try re-integrating Egnyte to your form. Also, please follow this guide:

    I will also clear your form cache from our server.

    Thank you, but that did not help.  Let me ask a question- My account is part of a larger organization.  I have a personal folder, and a shared folder with my department.  Where is the Egnyte folder created, in my personal folder or the shared folder?  If the later, do I need to enable certain permissions?  Can you give me some instructions to pass on to our IT department?

    I've tested the Egnyte integration on both the new form layout and legacy layout and it is working to my end. Here's a screenshot:


    Egnyte integration does not have an option for you to select what folder to upload the data from your form. The integration will create the folder for you based on the folder configuration you have entered and selected. In this case, the folder is created on the main account, not in your shared folder.

    You should ask your IT Department to check and allow you to view the folder. You have "Stratasys Submissions" as the main folder name. You have selected the Name field to be the Submission Folder.
