We are working in areas of Africa where there is no internet access. Is there a way to download a form that can be stored and used on a device? Then, when we have a signal, uploaded the data?

You can convert your form into a fillable PDF form so that you can use it in the tablet without an internet connection. However, you will need a connection in order for the form to be submitted.
