Hi- Our webpage is integrated with PayPal but once we go through ordering the bags of mulch, the credit card form never appears. PLease help. This worked last year but is not working now. I also cannot find where we are supposed to put our PayPal info so we can get reimbursed.

I cloned your form and I can see that you're using the Basic PayPal integration. It means that when the user clicks the Submit button, they will be redirected to the PayPal login page.
If you want to show the Credit Card field on your form. Please use the PayPal Pro integration. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/458-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Pro
